• The round pearl drop hangs free, so lay the necklace flat rather than hanging it by the drop.
• The gold bead tips around each flower can catch on fine fabrics such as chiffon or net.
• Pearls are soft and absorbent: keep them away from perfume, lotions and water, and never use chemical cleaners.
• Rubies are hard but can chip with a sharp knock.
• Put it on after perfume, hairspray and make-up, and take it off first at the end of the day.
• Remove it before bathing, swimming, exercise and sleep.
• After wearing, wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth.
• Store it on its own, in its box or a soft pouch.
